I HR & administration
1. Assist in operating one function or
several functions of HR & administration related work;
2. Take charge of staff care and build good
corporate culture;
3. Responsible for making all kinds of
human resources statistics, analysis, forecast, adjustment, query and database
building, etc.
4. Help the supervisor to draft the
document and keep track to its accomplishment;
5. Play an important role in reception with
internal and external business group;
6. Participate in major overseas projects
and global training & recruiting activities.
II Marketing
1. Analyze the market situation, dig up
customer resource and exploit international market.
2.Maintaining good customer relationships;
investigating customers’ needs and expanding customer channels.
3.Provide value-added service for customers
and be responsible for communication and coordination between customers and
company, to guarantee the flight goes smoothly.
4.To inform related departments about
customers problems and suggestions and monitor its implementation.
5.Be responsible for the plan and design of
related products; make analysis of market data and write product proposals and
reports.
III Financial Investment
1.Be responsible for external investment
and merger, annexation and reorganization of enterprises.
2.Be responsible for the development,
connection, tracking and business negotiation of project partners and
customers; making investment analysis reports.
3.Be responsible for the organization and
implementation of projects; coordination with other departments as well as
supervision and management during the project implementation phase.
4. Tracking and information feedback of the
project implementation results.
