16 May 2016, Deer Jet Beijing Co. Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Deer Jet Beijing) receives the CCAR-135 Certification issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China, North China Regional Administration. Deer Jet Beijing also receives the CCAR-135 Operation Regulation and the CCAR-91 Operation Regulation, marking the official start of Deer Jet Beijing.

The ceremony of awarding the certification is held in the meeting room of Civil Aviation Administration of China, Beijing Safety Supervision Office (CAAC Beijing Office). Director General of CAAC Beijing Office Mr. Lv Zhinong, Vice Director General of CAAC Beijing Office Mr. Liu Jianhua, Chairman and President of Deer Jet Beijing Mr. Zhang Peng, Vice President of Deer Jet Beijing Mr. Fang Xinyu, Safety Director Mr. Wang Shouhe, and persons responsible for the Flight Standard Department, Airworthiness Division, Flight Operations, Office of Aviation Safety and General Aviation Division of CAAC Beijing Office, as well as representatives from each operational department of Deer Jet Beijing attended the ceremony.

In the meeting, Deer Jet Beijing was informed of the audit and approval of its operation by CAAC Beijing Office. After that, Director General of CAAC Beijing Office Mr. Lv Zhinong and Vice Director General of CAAC Beijing Office Mr. Liu Jianhua presented to Chairman and President of Deer Jet Beijing Mr Zhang Peng the CCAR-135 Certification issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, North China Regional Administration, the CCAR-135 Operation Regulation and the CCAR-91 Operation Regulations.

In his subsequent statement, Mr Zhang Peng expressed his gratitude to the administrations of CCAC at all levels for their long-term help in the audit and approval process of operation of Deer Jet Beijing, "This is an extremely important milestone in the history of Deer Jet. We’ve achieved the long-term goal. We will take the operation of Deer Jet Beijing as an opportunity to provide safer and more efficient service to customers in strict accordance with the regulations and the laws."

Mr. Lv Zhinong said that the establishment of Deer Jet Beijing is a necessary step, as it has further clarified the main responsibility in security for Deer Jet, and has improved its safety regulatory structure. He hoped that Deer Jet will continue to contribute to the development of civil aviation in China in the future by leading the industry, undertaking security responsibility and always taking safety requirements as priority.

Deer Jet Beijing was awarded CCAR-135 certificate, making its business jet services more professional as well as enhancing the level of overall security supervision of Deer Jet. Moreover, Deer Jet will provide customers with better flying experience with more professional operation capability and better service quality based on the existing overall layout of Deer Jet in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
