On April 11th, in the news conference of Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE 2016), Deer Jet and its affiliated company Hong Kong Jet has achieved several critical cooperation agreements with their global partners and released the new creative internet business model for private jets.
Tender offer for the acquisition of Asia Jet
Hong Kong Jet – the affiliated company of Deer Jet – officially provided its tender offer for the acquisition of Asia Jet. Both parties have signed the letter of intent and the acquisition is expected to be accomplished in the second quarter of 2016.
Not only Asia Jet is included in the transaction, but also its subsidiary in Shanghai China – Asia Jet Partners (Shanghai) Limited as well as relevant business units of its joint venture in Malaysia – Asia Jet Partners (Malaysia).
Asia Jet and Hong Kong Jet will join hands in providing chart services which are officially registered in the United States, Bermuda and Hong Kong after the acquisition, and it is believed that the services provided are going to stand out in Asia with their diversified options. Therefore, the cooperation is beneficial for the strengthening of both parties’ market positions, the expansion of company scales, the improvement of service quality and bring benefits to more customers.

Join hands with World Fuel Service – a world’s top 500
During the news conference of Deer Jet, the vice president of Deer Jet, Fang Xinyu has signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the business senior vice president of World Fuel Service Corporation (WFS), Michael Szczechowski, marking that the Asia Jet Aviation Services and Deer Jet FBO officially became units of account of WFS’s important product – Avcard. From now on, every Avcard holder around the world can enjoy services provided by Asia Jet Aviation Services and Deer Jet FBO.
Furthermore, as the largest private jet operator and a full-supply-chain-services supplier, the strategic cooperation scope of Deer Jet with WFS – a globally leading company in fuel and flight services and FBO operation – also includes flight support services and FBO network expansion.
Asia Jet Aviation Services and the affiliated agency company of WFS, World Fuel|COLT will provide flight agency services for each other, and mutual promotion of Asia Jet’s clean businesses and World Fuel|COLT’s contracted fuel services.
What’s more, WFS will assist Deer Jet FBO in its application for the membership of the world’s main FBO coalition – Air Elite Network, and work closer with Deer Jet FBO in the expansion of FBO network and service improvement.
New business model for private jet
While as Deer Jet is making significant progress in international cooperation, it also signed a cooperation agreement with China’s biggest travel service mobile platform – “Flight Butler” – for the joint use of aircraft allocation, plane-sharing and plane-chartering resources, and the building of a more professional private jet mobile app.
On January 2016, Deer Jet launched its mobile app “Deer Jet Go”. Now as it cooperates with Flight Butler, the “Internet+” concept will be deepened, and create a more convenient and more friendly model for Chinese private jet customers.
